Cancellation Policy
You must cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment otherwise there will be a 50% cancellation fee you must pay prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. The appointment will be cancelled and the 50% fee will be taken.
